AllCourts is a Go To Court Lawyers company and operates at allcourts.com.au. By submitting a booking or requesting a court lawyer through AllCourts, you agree to these terms.

What we promise to do

• Assess your matter from the information you provide at the time of booking;
• Use our experience and our Australia-wide network of court lawyers to connect you with an appropriate lawyer for you and your matter;
• Pass on your booking details, instructions and any documents you provide to your lawyer;
• Help arrange your lawyer and, where a court appearance is required, work to ensure a lawyer is available for it.

What you promise to do

• Provide us with clear, complete and accurate instructions for your lawyer;
• Respond promptly when your lawyer contacts you, and agree the fees for your legal work directly with that lawyer;
• Turn up to your booking and any scheduled court appearance.

Fees

AllCourts connects you with a court lawyer. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, the fees for your legal work are set and agreed directly between you and the lawyer who accepts your matter. You acknowledge that submitting a booking does not, by itself, give rise to a solicitor-client relationship between you and AllCourts, Go To Court Lawyers, or any lawyer.

No solicitor-client relationship until engaged

A solicitor-client relationship is only created when a lawyer or law firm formally agrees to act for you.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can let your lawyer know. Any fees you have paid directly to a lawyer are subject to that lawyer’s own terms and refund arrangements.
